Refund policy

At CMTEQ, we primarily sell digital products, including engineering software tools, templates, spreadsheets, source code, educational resources, and online learning materials.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted only under the following circumstances:

• You purchased the same product more than once by mistake.
• The product cannot be downloaded due to an issue on our side.
• The product is significantly different from its description.
• The file is corrupted or defective and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind.
• Purchasing the wrong product.
• Lack of compatibility with your hardware or software where compatibility requirements were clearly stated.
• Failure to read the product description.
• Inability to use the product due to insufficient technical knowledge.
